We acknowledge it can be overwhelming when you reach out for support, if you’re not to sure where to start then an initial consultation is for you. This appointment provides an opportunity to share what you’d like support with whilst hearing from Ana what options are available and together creating a plan on how to move forward.
Every person can benefit from talking and Ana enjoys working with a wide range of clientele across all ages, 13 years and above.
For those under the age of 16, parent permission is required.
